Where can I buy FSFO?

You can buy FSFO either from our partner store SimMarket or directly from our Shopify store.

How do I find my Aircraft profile files?

Open FSFO and click on the **User Data** icon.

Click on the **FlowsChk** folder.

Click on the Aircraft folder that you want to see the profile

You can open the .dat file with any text editor.

How do I reset my license key?

Contact support via email or Discord. Generally, Discord is faster for license key resets.


Why does activation fail?

Activation can fail for one of the following reasons:

  • The maximum number of allowed activations has been reached. If this occurs, please contact support to request an activation reset.
  • FSFO is unable to reach the activation server. Verify that no firewall, antivirus, or security software is blocking outbound connections from your computer.

Once these issues are resolved, activation should complete successfully.

Is FSUIPC7 required?

Yes. FSFO requires FSUIPC7 with WASM enabled in order to communicate with the simulator.
