Where can I buy FSFO?
You can buy FSFO either from our partner store SimMarket or directly from our Shopify store.
If you buy from our store, you will receive an automatic 10% discount.
How do I find my Aircraft profile files?
Open FSFO and click on the User Data icon.
Click on the FlowsChk folder.
Click on the Aircraft folder that you want to see the profile.
You can open the .dat file with any text editor.
Will FSFO control my flight from start to finish?
FSFO does not control the aircraft. You handle taxi, takeoff, and landing. However, FSFO handles the flows for these phases, such as aircraft preparation and correct switch settings, depending on how your aircraft profile is configured (flows and checklists).
Do you support X-Plane
No. FSFO only supports Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. At this time there are no plans to support X-Plane
Support and Licensing
How do I reset my license key?
Contact Support via email or Discord. Discord is usually faster for license key resets.
Why does activation fail?
Activation can fail for one of the following reasons:
- The maximum number of allowed activations has been reached. If this occurs, contact support to request an activation reset.
- FSFO is unable to reach the activation server. Verify that no firewall, antivirus, or security software is blocking outbound connections from your computer.
Once these issues are resolved, activation should complete successfully.
Technical
Is FSUIPC7 required? (link)
Yes. FSFO requires FSUIPC7 with WASM enabled in order to communicate with the simulator.
